Hello, I tried logging into my account on mobile data but however. I keep getting this "Your account or client is banned: inappropriate family username (3e3ab1c2)". My name isn't a family username though. Perhaps it's not mobile data friendly ATM?
You're on type of ISP which has narrow range, highly recycled network resources. FCN can't rectify the situation. You can use another ISP or WiFi until it clears.
